To register and maintain an Account with TMK4D, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You hold only one active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited, regardless of the payment method, device, or name used.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of TMK4D or any of its affiliated game providers or software suppliers.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration

To access the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. TMK4D reserves the right to reject any registration application without being required to provide a reason.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

TMK4D operates a Know Your Customer programme in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. We may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence bearing your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (Tenaga Nasional, Syabas, or equivalent), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your current residential address.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TMK4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. All real-money transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will result in refund and account review.
• TMK4D does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically credit within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following network confirmation, which typically takes 15–30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in your own name and that has previously been used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request will be approved.
• TMK4D reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction volume or behaviour triggers compliance review protocols.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 100 unless otherwise stated. TMK4D does not charge withdrawal fees, though processing times may vary by method.
• Funds originating from bonus credits may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

TMK4D offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. TMK4D reserves the right to exclude any member from specific promotions at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new member account. Multiple registrations to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Wagering requirements must be met using qualifying real-money wagers. Not all games contribute equally to wagering calculations — specific game contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full. Upon completion, the remaining bonus balance (if any) becomes real money eligible for withdrawal.

The following rules govern all wagers placed on the tmk4d Platform across casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets.

7.1 General Rules

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. TMK4D does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after confirmation, except where a clear technical error has occurred on our side.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome or odds display, TMK4D reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amount.
• Any wager placed using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity will be void and the associated account may be permanently suspended.

7.2 Sports Betting Specifics

• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play (live) bets on fixtures including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and UFC events are processed in real time. Delays in data transmission may affect the availability of in-play markets.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or otherwise fails to complete under the conditions required for bet settlement, TMK4D's settlement rules (published on the Platform) will apply.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may differ from the final triggered amount due to network synchronisation latency.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tmk4d Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one Account, or assisting another person in opening an Account for the purpose of circumventing Platform rules or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their express authorisation.

All content on the tmk4d Platform — including but not limited to the TMK4D brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials made available to users — is the property of TMK4D or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from TMK4D.

Any unauthorised use of TMK4D's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TMK4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

TMK4D shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or system failures, technical errors, or transmission failures, whether caused by negligence, wilful acts, or otherwise.

Without limiting the foregoing, TMK4D's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude TMK4D's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

11.1 Termination by TMK4D

TMK4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, receipt of a chargeback, regulatory obligation, or at our sole operational discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to freeze Account balances pending investigation and to forfeit those balances upon confirmation of a breach.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon receipt of your request, we will process any eligible remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal verification and KYC requirements. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion programme will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason: (a) your licence to access and use the Service will immediately cease; (b) all pending bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited; (c) any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of required identity checks.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and TMK4D.

You agree that any legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or similar proceeding against TMK4D.

Nothing in this clause shall limit TMK4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
