Safe Play Commitment

Gambling Should Be
Fun, Not Harmful

At TMK4D, responsible gambling is not a footnote — it is a foundation. This page explains our commitment to safe play, the tools available to every member, and where to find help if gaming ever stops being enjoyable. We are here for the long game, and so are you.

Strictly for players aged 21 and above only. Please gamble responsibly.

Our Commitment to Responsible Play

TMK4D is built for Malaysian players who enjoy gaming as entertainment — not as a financial strategy. We understand that the line between enjoyable recreation and problematic behaviour can blur for some individuals, and we take our responsibility to support every member seriously.

Our responsible gambling programme is not a regulatory box-tick. Every tool, policy, and support pathway on this page exists because we genuinely believe the best experience on tmk4d is one that stays fun, stays affordable, and stays within the player's control. Whether you are placing your first football accumulator on a Liga Super Malaysia weekend or hitting the live casino tables on a Friday evening in Petaling Jaya, the same principle applies: play on your own terms, within a budget you are comfortable with.

We actively monitor account behaviour for signs of problem gambling and may proactively reach out to players whose patterns suggest they could benefit from additional support tools — not to restrict enjoyment, but to make sure gaming remains a positive part of your life.

Key principle: Every ringgit you deposit on tmk4d should come from entertainment funds — money you can afford to lose without it affecting your household, family, or financial obligations. Never gamble with borrowed money or money set aside for essentials.

Healthy vs. Problematic Gambling

You set a fixed budget before you play and stick to it
You view gambling as entertainment, not a way to make money
You can stop when you have reached your limit or time is up
Losses do not affect your mood, sleep, or relationships
You chase losses by depositing more after a losing session
You borrow money or skip bills to fund gambling
Gambling is causing arguments at home or anxiety at work
You think about gambling constantly and feel restless when not playing

Responsible Gambling Tools

Every tool below is available in your tmk4d Account Settings at no charge. You can activate, adjust, or update them at any time. Some settings — like self-exclusion — have mandatory cooling-off periods to ensure they are genuinely protective.

1
Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your tmk4d account per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, the system will prevent further deposits until the period resets. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit applies only after a 24-hour review period to prevent impulsive changes.

Available Now
2
Loss Limits

Cap the total amount you can lose in a given period — daily, weekly, or monthly. This is one of the most effective tools available for players who want a financial safety net without restricting their playtime. Once your loss limit is hit, your account will be locked for further wagering until the period resets.

Available Now
3
Session Time Limits

Define a maximum continuous play session length. When the timer expires, you will be automatically logged out of the Platform. Research consistently shows that scheduled breaks during extended gaming sessions reduce the risk of impulsive decision-making and help maintain perspective on time and money spent.

Available Now
4
Reality Checks

Enable periodic pop-up notifications during your gaming session that display how long you have been playing and your net win/loss figure for the session. Reality checks prompt a conscious review of your activity at intervals you choose — every 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Available Now
5
Cooling-Off Period

Take a temporary break from the Platform without fully closing your account. Choose a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you will be unable to log in or deposit. All pending withdrawals will continue to be processed. You cannot reverse a cooling-off period once activated.

Immediate Effect
6
Self-Exclusion

Request permanent or extended exclusion from the tmk4d Platform for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Our system will also prevent re-registration attempts using your known identity details.

Permanent Available

How to activate a tool: Log in to your tmk4d account and navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gambling. Select the tool you wish to enable and follow the confirmation steps. For self-exclusion and cooling-off requests, please also contact our support team directly to ensure immediate processing: [email protected]

21+ Age Requirement

TMK4D is strictly an adult entertainment platform. The minimum age to register, deposit, and participate in any gaming activity on tmk4d is 21 years. This is a non-negotiable policy and applies to all players regardless of location within Malaysia.

All new accounts undergo age verification as part of our mandatory KYC process. Players must submit a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad) or passport before any withdrawal is approved. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, account access will be suspended pending verification.

If we discover or receive a credible report that a person under 21 has opened an account, we will immediately close the account, void any pending wagers, and return deposits after deducting any associated processing costs. Any winnings derived during an underage session will be forfeited.

For parents and guardians: If you suspect a minor in your household is accessing tmk4d or any other online gambling platform, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will take immediate action to close the account. Additionally, consider parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites on shared devices.

Signs to Watch For in Young People

Secretive device use

Closing browsers or apps quickly when others are nearby, or spending excessive time on their phone at night.

Unexplained cash flow

Asking to borrow money frequently or having unexplained access to funds beyond their usual allowance.

Mood changes

Unusual irritability, anxiety, or withdrawal from family and friends — particularly after sports results or gaming sessions.

Academic decline

Dropping grades, skipping school or university, or losing interest in extracurricular activities without clear reason.

Is Your Gambling Under Control?

This self-assessment is not a clinical tool — it is a personal prompt for honest reflection. If several of these statements feel familiar, it may be worth speaking to someone about your gambling habits.

Check any statements that apply to you over the past few months:

If you checked 2 or more of the above, we encourage you to use our deposit limit or cooling-off tools, and to consider reaching out to a counselling service listed in the Support Resources section below. There is no shame in seeking help — recognising a problem early is the most effective form of intervention.

Six Principles for Safer Play

These are the practical habits that separate enjoyable, sustainable gaming from behaviour that can become harmful. Apply them every time you log in.

Budget Before You Play

Decide your session budget before you log in — not mid-game. Treat it like a cinema ticket: you know what you are spending going in, and you will not exceed it regardless of what happens during the session.

Set a Time Limit

Decide in advance how long your session will last. Use our session time limit feature to enforce this automatically. Extended unplanned sessions are one of the most common precursors to overspending.

Never Chase Losses

Increasing bets or depositing more to recover a losing session is the single most dangerous gambling behaviour. If you are down on a session, log out. The games will still be there tomorrow when your mindset has reset.

Play Sober and Alert

Avoid gambling when you are tired, emotionally distressed, or under the influence of alcohol. Impaired judgment leads to poor decisions — neither fun nor profitable for anyone involved.

Treat It as Entertainment

Games of chance are designed to provide entertainment value, not guaranteed income. RTP percentages ensure the house holds a mathematical edge over time. Any winnings are a bonus, not an expectation.

Talk to Someone

If gambling stops being fun and starts causing stress, talking to a friend, family member, or professional counsellor is the most important step you can take. You do not have to manage it alone.

Support Resources

If you or someone close to you needs support with problem gambling, the following organisations provide free, confidential help. Reaching out early is always the right move.
